Google Docs Forms - an Introduction

This is an introduction to the free Google Docs forms. Google Docs forms are useful tools for community groups to do on-line surveys registrations and evaluations. They are free and simple to design and use. There are literally thousands of free templates to choose from if you do not wish to design your own. You can choose to share and allow editing by others. Forms can be embedded on websites or distributed by email with automatic updating of the parent database The results can be displayed in both spreadsheet and graphical formats.
Fast and Cheap Usability

Learn fast, cheap and straightforward ways to identify and fix usability issues with your website. Participants in this workshop will practice techniques including card sorting, 5-second tests, and user testing with paper prototypes, and also learn about online tools they could use.
